Liquid Environmental Solutions in Nashville seeks a Plant Operator to manage wastewater treatment processes and operate essential equipment daily. You will ensure safety compliance, maintain equipment, and support continuous improvement in a hands-on environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays and $24/hour with overtime opportunities, reflecting a commitment to safe operations and community impact in environmental services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience as a Plant Operator and lab experience are preferred.
• Willingness to work in odorful, hot, cold, and wet conditions.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming wastewater and treatment processes.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment and plant machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance and handle safety protocols.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklift and skid steer.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and comply with regulations.
