Job summary

GALLS, LLC in Lexington, KY seeks a working Lead to assist the DC Leadership Team in daily operations and to guide a team toward productivity goals. You will train staff, supervise tasks, and maintain inventory accuracy while promoting safety and teamwork in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse.

If you have warehouse/ops experience and are able to work overtime including weekends, apply with your resume and cover letter.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/operations setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Willingness to work overtime with little notice, including weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all operations tasks to meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist in daily roll calls and inform supervisor of absentees.
• Train and coach employees on task performance.
• Facilitate daily workflow to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Develop and relay process improvements to supervisor.
• Troubleshoot process issues and escalate unresolved problems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Promote teamwork and safety in the workplace.
• Use GQ to run reports and locate items to complete orders.
