Job summary

CONMED is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Lead in Lithia Springs, GA, with a schedule of 8pm–4:30am, Sunday to Thursday, including occasional overtime. You will process shipments, ensure accuracy in WMS uploads via RF scanners, and support shipping and receiving in a cross-functional team.

The role requires 4–7 years in a warehouse, leadership experience preferred, and solid proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, plus strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with WMS systems preferred.
• Previous leadership role strongly preferred.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and RF Scanners.

This is an OVERNIGHT position with hours of 8pm-4:30am, Sunday through Thursday with occasional overtime at the end of the month.

As a CONMED Overnight Warehouse Lead you will be responsible for the processing of all incoming shipments.

You will ensure shipments are accurately processed, inspected, and stored while maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing efficiency.

You will resolve any discrepancies and collaborate with Buyers and Transportation.

You will assist in the Domestic and International shipping departments as needed.
