McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in the United States-New Hampshire-Contoocook to lead daily operations at the Concord DC. The role emphasizes staff supervision, safety, scheduling, and process adherence to meet customer demands with quality and on-time deliveries.

The position requires 2 years of distribution warehouse experience, leadership capabilities, and proficiency in Word/Excel. Expect overnight shifts and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Have 2 years distribution warehouse experience, preferably in the grocery industry.
• Experience leading large numbers of warehouse staff with hiring, training, motivating and resolving employee relations issues.
• Have computer knowledge to include experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead by example and communicate effectively.
• Be willing to listen and respond to teammates and adhere to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates.
• Communicate company and division information to teammates.
• Listen, address and follow-up to teammate concerns, questions and problems.
• Facilitate communication within the warehouse leadership team and between division/warehouse leadership and teammates.
• Understand DC goals and standards, implement department procedures to meet those standards, and promote them to teammates.
