Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Fort Worth store. You will unload, audit, and stage product to restore store inventory while adhering to safety procedures.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Forklift certification is preferred and there are opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
• Clear oral and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Complete required department and equipment training ( forklift certified ).
