Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) is seeking an overnight Order Selection Team member to pull customer orders in the warehouse with precision and speed.

You will palletize orders, locate them accurately, and operate motorized equipment, including electric pallet jacks, within a fast-paced distribution environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to HACCP/SQF policies while supporting continuous improvement in picking performance.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work in a range of temperatures from -20 to 90+ degrees.
• Experience with warehouse operations and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Selects grocery, perishable, frozen or repack products from warehouse stock.
• Reports adjustments to inventory counts, spoilage, damage, or stock movements.
• Transports product via electric pallet jack and maintains speed/accuracy with minimal damage.
• Adheres to HACCP and SQF policies as applicable.
