United Natural Foods Inc. (UNFI) is hiring for an Order Selector in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will accurately pull customer orders, palletize them, and move products using pallet jacks and reach lifts, ensuring correct locations and safe handling.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work Sundays in a 4-day week with overtime. Starting pay is $21.29/hour with an additional $2.00/hour on Sundays; weekly pay and a strong safety mindset are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking/packing environment.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and reach lifts.
• Comfort with working in cold environments and varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Identify pick locations and safely pick items.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Identify correct location, master case locations, and sequence.
• Pick correct item and quantity; verify UPCs/descriptions.
• Place pick labels on cases.
• Shrink wrap and label with truck/stop information.
• Stage pallets in bays and build stable pallets.
• Report safety concerns or policy violations to supervision.
• Operate pallet jack/pushcart safely and efficiently.
