Job summary

UNFI in Ridgefield, WA is hiring a Warehouse Order Selector to pull wholesale grocery orders safely and efficiently. You will palletize orders, apply shrink wrap, and place them in assigned locations. Shifts vary by business needs, and full availability is required.

Role includes operating an electric pallet jack, maintaining accuracy and speed, and assisting during peak periods. Pay starts at $24.25/hour plus incentives, with overnight and weekend differentials and a freezer premium.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Experience in a large warehouse or distribution environment preferred within last 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously.
• Able to work in a wide temperature range (-10 to 90+ °F).

Responsibilities

• Select grocery, perishable, frozen or repack products from warehouse stock using an electric pallet jack.
• Report adjustments to inventory, spoilage, damage, or stock location changes.
• Transport product throughout the warehouse via pallet jack.
• Maintain high speed and accuracy with minimal damage and maximum safety.
• Assist other departments during peak workloads or absences.
