Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a FLEX Order Selection team member to accurately pull customer orders in the warehouse and palletize them for shipment.

You will identify pick locations, inspect equipment, and ensure correct item quantities, applying labels and securing pallets for transport. The role requires operating electric pallet jacks and working in a temperature-controlled environment, with Sunday start times and productivity-based pay increases, including weekend and second-shift

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience selecting is preferred but not required.
• Lifts 20–60 lbs consistently.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.
• Inspect assigned equipment for safety issues.
• Pick the correct item and quantity, checking UPCs or item descriptions.
• Place labels on the side of the cases.
• Shrink wraps and labels with correct truck, stop details.
• Stage pallets in appropriate bay and build a stable pallet.
• Operate pallet jack/pushcart safely and efficiently.
• Occasional limited supervision may occur.
