Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to operate on the 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Mon–Fri) and carry out warehousing duties in line with the site’s storage plan.

This is a not-to-exceed appointment through 30 June 2027. The role includes inventorying and rearranging stored materials, preparing items for shipment, operating hand or power trucks, verifying materials against receiving documents, and maintaining safety and PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six to twelve months job related experience and/or training is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to operate a government general-purpose vehicle.
• Ability to perform work in a safe manner to prevent loss or damage of equipment.
• Customer-oriented with ability to courteously and effectively work through difficult situations.
• Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan.
• Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials, examine stored materials and reports deterioration and damage.
• Removes material from storage and prepares it for shipment.
• May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
• Verify materials against receiving documents, note discrepancies and route materials to storage locations; stores, stacks or palletizes material.
• May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
