The Restaurant Store in Lancaster, PA seeks an Overnight Operations Associate to assist the Overnight Operations Manager with daily material handling at a retail branch. You will support receiving, stocking, presentation, and inventory alignment with sales and merchandising goals to ensure efficient branch operations.

Role emphasizes FIFO stock rotation, effective communication with management, and maintaining a clean store environment while supporting continuous operations during night hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch.
• Communicate effectively with the Overnight Operations Manager to address any operational issues.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
