Job summary

Warehouse-Specialists,-LLC-2 is seeking a 1st shift Inventory Control Coordinator in Allentown, PA to ensure materials and supplies are available for shipments and receipts. This full-time, on-site role works 8:00am–4:30pm and may require overtime, weekends, and holidays, reporting to the Facility Manager.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, counting, reconciling records, resolving issues, handling returns, and coordinating inbound/outbound dock activities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word and Excel; database management.
• Basic math to ensure counts and accuracy.
• Ability to operate RF scanners for inventory management.
• Capable of teamwork and working with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn about products handled at WSI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders and investigate issues.
• Maintain database, perform physical counts, and reconcile stock to reports.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and claims professionally.
• Process and document returns per procedures.
• Uphold safety and SOP standards; manage inbound/outbound activities on the dock.
