Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record with 2 years of driving experience.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive incoming/departing hotel guests between hotel and approved destinations and assist guests with luggage.
• Inspect van to ensure it is in order and supplies are adequate.
• Submit daily vehicle inspection and guest count checklists and report any damage or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Provide basic housekeeping duties for public spaces including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Report and return any guest properties left behind; report property damage to supervisor.
• Maintain the courtesy vehicle by washing, cleaning, and fueling.
• Offer information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Page guests in lobby, deliver messages and run errands, manage carts.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and parking area upkeep.
• Adhere to local/state laws and hotel guidelines for driver certification and safe transport.
• Attend required staff/trainings and follow procedures.
