Job summary

Towne Park LLC in Washington state is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage.

You will greet guests, manage ticketing and revenue, provide directions and information, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge them within five feet.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and revenue as required.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about outlets, meeting rooms and area attractions.
