Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during overnight shifts. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage, and handle ticketing and guest inquiries with accuracy and care.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and good English communication skills. Benefits include access to 401k and various insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license or be within commutable distance.
• One month of related experience or training is required, or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is essential.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage when needed.
