Job summary

Towne is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely. You will assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure and provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid driver's license or accessible within commuting distance.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer service and personal services.
• Skills: Read/write standard English.
• Skills: Read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Skills: Write simple correspondence.
• Skills: Explain information clearly to guests and colleagues.
• Math: Basic arithmetic for parking revenue and ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive hospitality and guest service.
• Greet guests and use guest last names in interactions.
• Assist with bell services, luggage storage, and opening doors.
• Provide directions, taxi info, reservations, and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieve procedures; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Handle revenue calculations and ticketing in the valet system.
