Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking, luggage and information needs at our Sarasota location. You will welcome guests warmly, manage vehicle flow, and ensure safe, efficient service throughout the shift.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, accurate record-keeping and coordination with team members to fulfill guest requests. The schedule is Fri–Sun night shifts with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must read and write standard English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to greet guests professionally and use courteous language

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and acknowledge them within five feet.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures during check-in/out.
• Ensure accurate ticketing, key handling and guest folio documentation.
