Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Available for overnight shift.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with directions and luggage.
• Complete valet ticket with vehicle damage check.
• Safely park and move vehicles as required.
• Ensure keys are tagged and secured in the key room/podium.
• Manage rental items (bikes, surfboards) with waivers.
• Drive shuttle vehicle based on site needs.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
