Base salary paid bi-weekly PLUS CASH tips paid out daily.
As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Valet Attendant assists arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, and providing a friendly welcome.
You will be working outside in all kinds of weather, as parking does not stop in rain, snow, heat, or cold. You must enjoy physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, running, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs within parking garages. You should be personable, comfortable talking with guests, and committed to providing excellent guest service.
We provide paid training, Forbes Standards training, and ongoing on-the-job development. Opportunities for advancement include supervisory and management roles through our Crescendo Training Program. Our rapid growth offers numerous opportunities for local and national advancement.
Starting part-time, with opportunities to grow into full-time supervisory roles. Schedules are during peak hours to maximize tips, and flexibility for weekends and holidays is required. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
