Base salary paid bi-weekly PLUS CASH tips paid out daily.
As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Valet Attendant assists arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, and extending a friendly welcome to hotel guests.
You will be working outside in all kinds of weather, as parking operations continue rain, snow, heat, or cold. You must enjoy physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable running, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs within parking garages. Excellent guest service and communication skills are essential!
We provide paid training, Forbes Standards training, and ongoing on-the-job development. Opportunities for advancement into supervisory or management roles are available through our Crescendo Training Program, with rapid growth potential across locations.
Initially part-time, with opportunities to grow into full-time supervisory roles. Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak hours is required. Punctuality and reliability are key!
