Qualifications

• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with applicable laws.
• Allied Universal considers applicants with criminal histories in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by enforcing site security procedures, access control, and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking, and perimeter to identify/report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitors, verify credentials per site policies, and help maintain an orderly workplace.
• Prepare incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity documentation for Allied Universal and site leadership.
