Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Traveling Retail Merchandiser Team Lead for overnight travel to Raleigh, NC. The role involves leading in-store merchandising efforts, building displays, and ensuring planogram compliance. You will train teammates, track progress with a mobile device, and report results.

Compensation starts at $15 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities. Prior merchandising experience helps, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training teammates.
• Able to interact with customers and store leadership.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform category resets and set up displays/end caps.
• Rotate and date-check products; adjust tags as needed.
• Ensure shelves meet store and planogram standards.
• Identify out-of-stocks and organize backstock while communicating with store leadership.
• Train new teammates and support scheduling and reporting requirements.
