Responsibilities

• Performs general administrative tasks such as processing orders and tracking shipping, delivery and service performance.
• Provides confidential administrative support to leadership and prepares information for operational reports.
• Interacts with internal and external customers and collaborates with multiple teams.
• Coordinates routing, dispatch and delivery execution, maintaining communication with drivers and the internal team.
• Monitors transportation performance, resolves service issues, and supports operational reporting.
