Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Assistant to support administrative tasks, order processing, and performance tracking on an overnight schedule (Tuesday–Saturday). The role involves coordinating routing and delivery with drivers, supporting leadership with reports, and maintaining strong internal and external communications.

Candidates typically have a high school diploma and up to two years of related experience, with strong organizational and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational and clerical skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and reconcile shipping, delivery, and service performance.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership and prepare operational reports.
• Interact with internal and external customers and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Coordinate routing, dispatch, and delivery execution with drivers and teams.
• Monitor transportation performance and assist with issue resolution and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
