Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains department cleanliness and safety with urgency and prioritization.
• Deep cleans and disinfects processing areas, equipment, fixtures, coolers, floors, and drains.
• Maintains documentation and certification for chemical handling and sanitation checks.
• Uses cleaning tools and chemicals per program and organizes stock in maintenance room.
• Applies knowledge of product handling, food prep, and equipment for sanitation.
• Identifies pests and places traps as needed; follows SOPs for sanitation.
• Communicates maintenance needs and process improvements to Store Leaders.
• Assists customers in locating products and performs duties of sanitation representative when needed.
