Job summary

• Manages staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs.
• Supports career development and promotion decisions.
• Responsible for P&L, sales targets, and shrink control.
• Delivers exceptional, fast, friendly customer service.
• Promotes Meijer Friendly Initiative in meetings and daily conversations.
• Ensures staff training and adherence to store standards.
