Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead Outfitters during the overnight shift. You will direct replenishment, merchandising, seasonal resets and price change execution, ensuring accurate inventory and attractive presentation.

Supervise breaks, adherence to procedures and safety compliance while coordinating with management. The role requires 2–4 years of retail experience, high school diploma, and availability for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 Retail Years experience required.
• Availability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure proper execution.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and provide training when needed.
• Maintain in-store signage, planograms and front-facing displays.
• Overnight replenishment from backstock, DCs and vendors.
• Support inventory counts and pricing integrity with the team.
• Coordinate special events and ensure accurate displays, pricing and UPCs.
