Your role focuses on planning workloads, maintaining inventory accuracy, and executing planograms while coordinating with day-shift leadership. A strong leader with hunting, fishing, and outdoor retail passion will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in receiving operations or multi-department environments.
• Experience troubleshooting warehouse and logistics issues.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory, merchandising, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Direct overnight freight processing, replenishment, and stocking activities.
• Plan daily workload and coordinate opening/closing transitions with leadership.
• Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability for productivity and safety.
• Ensure overnight tasks are completed before store opens and experiences remain seamless.
• Execute planograms, seasonal transitions, pricing changes, and inventory projects.
