Job summary

More Clean of Texas is seeking an Overnight Sweeper Operator to maintain clean and safe parking areas, roads, and worksites. Training will be provided; typical hours are 10PM–6AM, with non-standard hours as needed.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass background/drug checks, and willingness to work in all weather conditions. CDL is not required but preferred, and PTO may be available after qualifying periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record (CDL not required, but preferred).
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions.
• Ability to utilize Gmail and tablet technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate power sweeping trucks to maintain assigned sites.
• Maintain construction sites, roads, and other areas to minimize debris and air pollution.
• Work independently and with a crew; follow project requirements and safety rules.
