More Clean of Texas is an exterior maintenance company working with both commercial and residential customers to maintain clean and beautiful properties. Our Sweeping Division strives to provide our customers with clean and safe parking areas, sidewalks, roads, and worksiteswhile being environmentally conscious and responsible. No matter the size or type of customer, we are committed to treating each property as if it were our own.
Our drivers work both independently and with a crew, operating power sweeping trucks to maintain their assigned sites ensuringcleanliness and safe conditions for vehicles and pedestrians. You'll maintain construction sites, roads, and other areas to minimize debris and air pollution in the environment. Training will be provided on all aspects of the job, including setting expectations and goals for your career while on our More Clean team. Normal hours of operation are 10PM - 6AM, but some projects may require hours outside of normal business hours; sufficient notice is always given for projects requiring non-standard hours.
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver license and clean driving record (CDL not required, but preferred)
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Ability to follow both written and oral instructions
Ability to utilize Gmail and tablettechnology
While performing the duties of this job, our drivers are routinely required to drive, stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers, reach outward, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, squat or kneel, and/or bend. They must occasionally lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and/or push/pull up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
