Job Summary:
The Intensive Treatment Program (ITP) involves working with adolescents, typically aged 12–18 years, diagnosed on the Autism spectrum with mental health concerns and developmental or intellectual disabilities. The Behavior Technician - ITP in a residential setting is responsible for delivering evidence-based methods to support individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and mental health involvement. Responsibilities include applying Applied Behavior Analysis approaches, conducting classroom and residential observations, collecting data, supporting staff with behavior protocols and intervention plans, and monitoring treatment integrity. Additionally, the role involves assisting with personal hygiene tasks and participating in special projects, including administrative and organizational tasks.
