Open Sky Community Services delivers person-centered services to help individuals build skills and lead meaningful lives in their communities. The Awake Overnight Counselor role provides overnight guidance, supervision, and morning routine support within a compassionate, recovery-oriented framework.

The position emphasizes crisis intervention, health and medication protocols, transportation coordination, and meticulous documentation, with differential pay for selected shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable, eager to learn, and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision and guidance to individuals.
• Assist individuals with morning routines and daily living activities.
• Follow agency procedures to promote health, safety, and a clean environment.
• Apply crisis intervention techniques during emergencies as needed.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per policy.
• Assist with transportation and coordinate travel needs.
• Complete and maintain documentation accurately and timely.
