Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Elk Grove is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to join our compassionate team providing resident care overnight. The role emphasizes maintaining safety, documenting care, and coordinating with other Overnight Supervisors to support daily living activities, including mobility and medication assistance.

Ideal candidates are at least 21 years old, with training offered for those without prior caregiving or medication experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years or older, per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving and/or medication experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of Overnight Supervisors during the overnight shift to assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and medication assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Oversees the safety and security of the building and residents as a whole.
• Is the first point of contact for resident/family concerns, emergencies, and managers.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for:

Schedule: Part-Time/Flexible On-Call | Open Availability

Pay Range:

$18.00-$19.00 + Overnight Differential
