Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Davis, CA is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to join our team. You will work Friday through Monday, 10:45 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., supervising overnight care and assisting residents with daily living activities, including medication support.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $17.00 to $18.00 plus an overnight differential, with opportunities for training, growth, and a broad benefits package including health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving and/or medication experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of Overnight Supervisors during the overnight shift to assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and medication assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Oversees the safety and security of the building and residents as a whole.
• Is the first point of contact for resident/family concerns, emergencies, and managers.
• Document care accurately using company‑provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
