Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is seeking an Overnight Supervisor for part-time/on-call work in Elk Grove, CA. You will join a team of Overnight Supervisors, assisting residents with daily living activities and medication support during the overnight shift.

Qualifications include being 21+, with training provided for candidates without caregiving experience. Earn $18.00-$19.00 per hour plus an overnight differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
• Prior caregiving and/or medication experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of Overnight Supervisors during the overnight shift to assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and medication assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Oversees the safety and security of the building and residents as a whole.
• Is the first point of contact for resident/family concerns, emergencies, and managers.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
