Carlton Senior Living in Davis, CA is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to join our care team. You will work with fellow Overnight Supervisors to assist residents with daily living activities, including mobility, grooming, and medication assistance, while maintaining safety and calm operations overnight.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving or medication experience preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of Overnight Supervisors during the overnight shift to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance and medication assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Oversee the safety and security of the building and residents; serves as first point of contact for resident/family concerns, emergencies and managers.
• Document care accurately using company devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families and team members.

Schedule Flexible On Call Overnight Friday through Monday Availability 1030 pm 645 am Pay Range 1700 1900

What Youll Do

• Work on a team of Overnight Supervisors during the overnight shift to assist our residents with activities of daily living that can include continence care showering grooming transfer assistance and medication assistance
