Walmart in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Store Leader to drive teams, operations, and customer service excellence. You’ll manage budgeting, staffing, merchandising, and community initiatives while delivering strong sales and profitability.

This role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and living Walmart’s values. As a leader, you will build high-performing teams, supervise associates, and implement business strategies that align with store objectives and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum Qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates; provides feedback and guidance across store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow, seasonal transitions and customer service initiatives to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and builds accountability for achieving results.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy, promoting a culture of belonging.
