Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates, providing feedback and coaching.
• Manages and supports customer service initiatives and ensures customer needs and issues are resolved.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures compliance with policies, maintains integrity, and promotes a culture of belonging.
