Qualifications

• Bachelor/BS in Business Management and Leadership is preferred for Live Better U program.
• Experience managing and developing large teams with performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through teaching, training, listening, and coaching to improve operations.
• Drive store performance by evaluating PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to Walmart's One Best Way service model.
• Support hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing hourly associates to build a belonging culture.
