Job summary

Walmart in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach in a non-complex management role. You will lead and develop store teams, manage merchandising, and drive customer-focused operations to meet sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position will require successful completion of a firearms-specific Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
Drives the financial performance by reviewing PL and controlling expenses in the designated area.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy and uphold Walmart values.
