Job summary

Walmart Arnold, MO is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex to lead and develop store teams during overnight hours. You will teach training, monitor operations, and ensure excellent customer service while driving sales and controlling expenses.

The role requires supervising hourly associates, coordinating tasks, and implementing company initiatives. Ideal candidates have 2 years of college or equivalent retail supervisory experience, with preferred BS in Business Management.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams, teaches training, and provides feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Oversees operations including merchandising, inventory flow, and customer service initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports mission and ethics.

Education

2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
