Job summary

Walmart in Turnersville, NJ seeks an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex to lead store operations and develop associates. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure compliance, manage inventory, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing process improvements to support store goals and community service initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive store performance by managing budget, merchandising, and operations.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates, set expectations and provide recognition.
• Ensure compliance with policies and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues to ensure a quality shopping experience.
