Job summary

Walmart Maryville, TN is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex to lead and develop store teams, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee budgeting, inventory flow, merchandising, and action plans to meet profit goals while mentoring associates and promoting a culture of belonging.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Manages store operations, budgeting, forecasting and expenses to meet sales goals.
• Ensures customer service standards and drives improvements for high quality customer experience.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes a sense of belonging.
