Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting and cost control.
• Supervise hourly associates and foster a culture of belonging.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and use data to improve operations.
