Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with 5+ direct reports leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and listening to associates and guiding store operations.
• Drives store sales, manages budgeting, forecasting and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensures compliance with policies, fosters a culture of belonging, and supports customer service initiatives.
