Walmart is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a designated store area in Canal Winchester, OH. You will lead teams, manage budgets, forecast, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• CBC and firearms training may be required for facilities that sell firearms.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred under Live Better U

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates; provides feedback and guides store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, sets expectations and ensures a sense of belonging.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders, builds accountability, communicates goals, and measures progress.
• Promotes integrity and compliance with Open Door Policy and company values to foster a safe, ethical workplace.
