Job summary

Walmart in Elgin, TX is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach for Store 3170 to lead and develop teams, implement store initiatives and enhance customer service. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, and open-channel communication across levels of staff.

You’ll drive store performance through budget awareness, scheduling, and inventory accuracy, while mentoring hourly associates and ensuring a culture of belonging and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates, providing feedback and guidance to implement store operations and business solutions.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, merchandising, inventory flow and shrink control to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance and promoting a culture of belonging.
