Job summary

The position requires at least 2 years of college or equivalent supervisory experience, with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend all trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor’s degree not required but advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback across store operations.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and promote a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.
