• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings (Academy/Open Door, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by coaching and feedback, touring stores, and engaging associates.
• Drive store profitability by reviewing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues using company standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, assign duties, and promote a culture of belonging and inclusion.
