Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred BS degree in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores, and giving feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing P/L, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes belonging in the workplace.
• Ensures compliance with policies and ethics, supports Open Door Policy, and guides business processes.
